Only ok
I really didn’t discover anything revolutionary in this book. I did take away finding the positive in acting on a task. I think this would be obvious, but it does remind me to be more intentional about this practice.

A bit repeative but helpful
This book is not really an original work. The author seems to just retell antidotes and advise from other authors or advisors. But having all the advise in one place with references where to find and read more of the original works is very helpful.

very work minded
this is a great book with some good technics, however most of them are very much aimed at the workplace and can be hard to convert into everyday life because of this.
further the book seems to have been written in sections since some concepts are presented as new and explained more than once.
still I will be going through this book more than once to try and get past some of my procrastination.... tomorrow :)
Steve does an excellent job of narrating, he doesn't do anything fancy or try to make this book special. he gives us the information the best way he can without being monotonous and without getting in the way of the book by trying to make it more than a factual piece of literature

Well Explained
This book gets right to the point of explaining the causes for procrastination, the types of procrastination, and useful tactics to help reduce the time spent procrastinating. The book was an easy listen/read with good examples to address each point. I particularly liked the takeaways at the end of each chapter as these saved having to read the whole chapter again in order to review the main points of interest.
