Fills in some gaps

This book fills in some gaps in the books written by the author providing information not provided in previous books. It was good to learn the history of how the Munay-Ki came into being. Plus much more of the teaching available to us through the Four Winds Society. I enjoyed learning all the history and how to apply each of the bands associated with the Munay-Ki. I like the balancing of the masculine and feminine with both being brought into all the training.
