These two captivated me and I was so invested in their love. There are so many powerful scenes as Isaac and Jensen learn to love and trust each other. I smiled and cried and just wanted to protect both of them at times.
The spicy scenes were HOT and I could not get enough, which is why we’re lucky there’s so many!!

Sara Cate really knows how to hit you in the heart and certain dialogue around coming out and acceptance from family resonates with you. I truly wish we could be a world where love is love.

It’s always hard to end a series but this did such a good job giving the Goode family a perfect send off! As a fan of the series I really enjoyed the reunion scenes and family finally being together! Even the conclusion with Truett was surprising but felt so right.

Duet narration with Teddy Hamilton (Isaac) and Dane Anderson (Jensen). They are supported by Ava Lucas for female voices. The narrators are perfect 😍. As if I already didn’t love Teddy enough, he really brought Isaac to life. Y’all this Audiobook deserves an award 🙌🏽

This is a truly compelling and beautiful story. The turmoil and heartache of these men goes straight to the heart. These men were born for each other. Soulmates. The spice was SPICING hard, obsessed and posessive MCs, romance is top tear.

I didn’t read the book on release day because I wanted to wait for the audiobook and it did not disappoint. This series is emotional and this book was beautifully written. Teddy does not disappoint.

Like many others, I have been waiting with bated breath for Isaac's story, and I can confidently say that it was entirely worth the wait. In my opinion, Prodigal Son is Sara's most impressive work to date and the narrators took this one to a whole new level of amazing. The challenges that these two characters confront in their pursuit of love are both heart-wrenching and humbling, as they echo the struggles that many individuals face in their own lives. However, their unwavering strength, devotion, and courage serve as a shining example of the transformative power of love. This book took me on an emotional journey, leaving me feeling uplifted and inspired.

Chills and Tears

I loved this story. And how to closed the series. The emotional tension and behaviors were outstanding. I love how feels like the listener knows the characters. And we are their friends. I was looking forward to Issac’s story and loved it.

A Must Listen

I was not ready to listen to the audiobook.
To say that it hit different is an understatement.

All the feels! I laughed, I swooned, I cried and cried again.

Phenomenal story. My favorite in the series after The Home Wrecker. Struggle between what is right and what others say is right.

Another Goode one!

We are never let down by a Goode brother! I've long waited for Isaac's story and it held it's own in the series. Tension, steam, turmoil, and resilient love! All of the best stuff in spades.

The narrators did great and kept me sucked into the story. I love that there was a third narrator to cover female vocals, I think it gave authenticity to the story. Overall this series has had a fantastic production and it's been a pleasure to listen to. This was a warm wrap up and a testament to Cate's ability to write a well rounded and developed story full of lively and realistic characters.

I'll forever be a fan and grateful to experience this process!
