Ryland and Gabby!

When his sister passed away Ryland didn’t think twice about giving up the opportunity to play baseball professionally so that he could raise Mac, his four-year-old niece. He coaches the high school team and between that and his family he believes his life is full into Gabby comes in and shows him how to truly live again.

With no support Gabby has been there to help her brother work toward his dream of playing baseball professionally. When she interviews for an assistant coach at the high school, she doesn’t think it goes well so she shares one night with Ryland after drowning her sorrows. The only catch is she gets the job and they not only find themselves working together but she is renting a home from him as well.

The banter between Ryland and Gabby is humorous, the text strings with his siblings are so much fun and Mac is adorable. Humor, romance and so many feels as two people who have always been there for those they care about finally find the happiness they deserve. The narration only made this story better as the narrators had you immersed in the characters and the story.

everything the witty sarcastic banter is always my favorite the spicey in chapter 2 and even had me crying and I don't even like baseball shhhhh don't tell

Amazing!!!

What can I say….I absolutely loved it!!! It was such a laugh out load, feel good, sexy, one night stand turned into enemies to lovers. I couldn’t have asked for a better duet than Samantha Brentmoor and Sebastian York-they were, as always, phenomenal!!! I have read almost ALL of Meghan Quinn’s book, and I think this by far is her most spiciest book and boy oh boy did Samantha and Sebastian do those scenes justice🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️!!! A must read!

Wow just wow

I didn't think Meghan could outdo herself and I was so wrong. From start to finish it was perfection. Dare I say her best book yet.

I thought this was a very sweet book with a great amount of spice! Very easy to follow and like a lot.

Character

This book made me both laugh out loud many times and cry. The banter between characters is just phenomenal.

It’s EVERYTHING!!!

The long awaited big brothers story was everything I’d hoped for and more. I had all the laughs and tears with this one. And that epilogue had me sobbing!

These narrators knocked this story out of the park! The spice was spicing! 🥵

Really loved this book. Ryland was such a sweetheart of an MMC despite his grumpy exterior. The way he stepped up and became Uncle Dad was the cutest thing ever. Gabby and him were such a great pairing. My only complaint with the story is I wish we got some insight of how they were in the future in the epilogue.

Ugh so damn good and that epilogue??? 😭😭 literally I’m so damn picky about my books and narration but i couldn’t not give this 5 ⭐️

So glad to be back in Almond Bay! I adore author Meghan Quinn’s signature brand of heart and hilarity and Ryland and Gabby’s story was so good! The Almond Bay series has been fantastic. Narrators Samantha Brentmoor and Sebastian York are two of my favorites and I really enjoyed the performances.
