Very motivational!

Wow! This is so much more than a fitness or weight-loss book. I found myself rewinding a lot so that I could jot down notes that I wanted to remember. One of my favorites. "You get what you tolerate. In your career. In your relationships. In your health."

Amazing insights in the Book

The author really has put some serious study into how we are our own worst enemy when it comes to weight loss. Being a guy, I particularly like the sports analogies, though they are presented in such a way that anyone will benefit, even the non-sports minded folks. This book really helped me focus on what is important in my life and has set me on a path to being the best me I can be.

Super motivational.

What a motivational book. I feel super pumped to get my life back in track and start making better decisions. I recommend this book to anyone struggle to stick to a diet and can't find the will power to stick to daily excersise.

Noisy

Jay should really have forked out to pay someone to narrate. I really wanted to listen to this, but cringed the whole way through as I felt yelled at and his voice is not what I would call soothing. I might have to buy the physical book as I can't focus on the content as the scratchy yelly voice is just too much. I have it on the lowest possible volume setting as well. If I turn it down another notch it will be muted. I'm sure there are some good messages but I can't concentrate on them.
