aif you enjoyed the ranger's apprentice series you'll enjoy this too. A few returning characters and alot of new ones. Plus kore insight into the lives of the Scandanavians

just as good as rangers apprentice

I wondered if the author would be able to separate this story from rangers apprentice and he did with no problem. having the same narrator made it hard to separate the stories but he is such a good narrator, he pulled it up off. starting book 2 now!

I never read the Ranger's Apprentice series, but watched it circulate heavily in my library. I chose to start with Brotherband Chronicles as I was browsing new releases in Audible for my commute (I hook my Kindle up) and decided it was time to see what the craze was about. I have to say the storytelling was great and I look forward to downloading the next one.
