Not Disney’s Peter Pan

The Never King is a dark Reverse Harem (RH) retelling of Peter Pan and The Lost Boys (Kas, Bash and eventually Vane) For the book being under 200 pages, I thought it had a good combination of plot and spice. In the end, we get answers to questions sprinkled in throughout the book. This is book 1 in The Vicious Lost Boys- a 4 book series. This book ends on a cliffhanger. All of the books in this series are short. That’s this author’s style.

I’ve seen people complain that this story doesn’t have any plot and I’ve also seen people complain that this wasn’t really spicy. You be the judge.. the great thing is reading is subjective.

This book tells the story of Winnie who happens to be the great granddaughter of Wendy. All of the Darling women get taken to Neverland on their 18th birthday and then the adventure begins. This was a fun, entertaining, and quick read/listen. Excited to see what happens in The Dark One.

*This is a full cast DUAL narrated audiobook meaning that each narrator voices their own character as well as the other characters within that chapter.*

Never Say Never!!

The Never King by Nikki St. Crowe. Wow, what a hot new update to the Peter Pan story. If you're squeamish, or shy away from some violence, non com, you'll likely not be interested in this. I thought that it was an interesting story and really enjoyed it. The Lost Boys and Peter Pan definitely weren't little boys anymore!! The narration was excellent in a full cast with Shane East as Pan..... worth the price just to hear him...wow, hotness plus. Curtis Michael Holland, Roxy Isles, Stella Hunter and Diontae Black rounded out the cast doing a great job.

Absolutely fantastic! A wonderful twist. it does have a dark side but so exciting. Hope other books get on audible quickly!!!!!

Very good book

Very interesting take on Peter Pans story & I loved how it pulled a bit from the story we all know. The twist at the end though threw me & now I definitely need to listen/ read the next books. A few parts I felt like the wordage was repetitive, but overall loved it. Definitely recommend.
