  • Review of S1:E5 "The Gunslinger" Fennec Shand and Peli Motto

In episode 5 of season 1, we return to Tatooine. The audience is introduced to two more female characters - Peli Motto and Fennec Shand. Peli is a warmhearted and pragmatic mechanic. Fennec is an elite mercenary and assassin. Gina and Scott debate who is the "coolest" female character so far, and explain what occurs in the episode. Both agree they do not lik Toro Calican, but it is okay because (spoiler alert) he ends up dead (we think) by the end of the episode.
