This book has changed my life already. Road rage no more, I can focus while spending time with my family. I smile more, which I hardly ever did and if I did it was usually a fake smile to avoid the questions of "are you ok?" "is something wrong." The narrators stories were so easy to relate to and his insight from the stories makes you just open up and be hopeful for getting well.Any additional comments?
