The Best Audio Book I Have Read in 2018!

I went on a three hour solo hike with this audio book after a very stressful job interview in the field of psychiatry. From beginning to end the book had me smiling, laughing out loud, and affirming that what ever we are going through, our power is within ourselves through play, owning and expressing who we are and not being afraid of it. The other piece he talks about is managing difficult emotions and understanding and having compassion for who we are. Thank you so much Roger for this book, as it has inspired me to tell the stories as an author that I was afraid to publish as a previously shy but confident professional woman.

Refreshingly practical and entertaining

I have to say as someone who has read many books recently on general self-improvement and specifically on dealing with fear and self-image, I think this book is the best thing I’ve read in terms of practical advice on things you can do / steps you can take, to move forward. The Audible version is great as Roger presents his own writing with great enthusiasm.
