Such a fun story
I already read the book and knew I’d enjoy the audio book. That was true once I got used to the narrating. Stick with it, you’ll settling into the narrating styles. I look forward to glimpses of these men in future books.

Engaging story
I enjoyed the narrator, but it is the story that stands out to me. I appreciate the characters and that communication problems are resolved quickly. I also love the world building and look forward to more in this series.

Norwegian accent seems off to me. but loved the rest. a proper reading is so important to me. hope to hear more of their voices

The narration in the beginning was a little stilted and dry. I almost stopped listening. Once the story really started rolling though, it was an enjoyable read. The only thing slightly jarring after that was the different interpretations of the voices by the 3 narrators. Some were wildly different making it difficult to follow the continuity. I do wish there was more world building. The modern world touches felt almost like an afterthought in a purely fantasy story.

Ok
I’m a huge fan of AJ Sherwood. I’ve enjoyed many of her books. Unfortunately this one didn’t really hit the standard. I don’t regret supporting her work because she has done amazing work. This book just fell a little short. The story line had a lot of potential but I feel like we really just didn't get the depth needed to be great, between the character development and world building. Everything just felt a little glossed over. It is unfortunate but am still a huge fan of AJ Sherwood and hope she continues to write and release amazing stories.

Awesome
3 men of different backgrounds find each other and fall in love. They stick together when others try to harm them.
I really loved this audio. The narrators did an awesome job .

political story with lacking world building, not a urban fantasy moor like a high fantasy but not... The Scandinavian language and origin part poorly executed.
