Got me back on track!
This book was exactly what I needed at a time when I was starting to get down on the economy, my business, my personal situation. It is a very simple concept, but this guy give you the reminder that a positive attitude is up to you. Its a choice that you have to work on every day. There were two or three ideas in here that I've implemented and I now practice every day. I have to say thanks to the author. This book pulled me out of a slump in a matter of about 15 minutes.

Absolutely Wonderful
I am a fan of Jeffrey Gitomer. I have read and listened to most of his work. He gives you practical applications and motivation to aspire to the top of the selling profession. This book is a spinoff of the "Little Red Book of Selling>" It expands on both the practical application and motivation to do our best in all that we do. Greatnes can be achieved thru selling -- a caring relational selling.

I really enjoy listening to gitomer Audio. It gets me going in the right direction. His methods are easily usable and practical. I often enjoy his approach to everyday life principals. I recommend this book.

Yes! Jeffrey delivers pure gold again!
I was a bit sceptical to buy such a short audiobook at first, but after finishing it, I realised that length doesn't matter if the message is solid. And it is.
Within minutes of starting to listen I started to reassess my own attitude in the back of my mind. I thought I already possessed a very positive attitude but the past week this has gone to another level.
Same as with some of his other works, Jeffrey uses the approach of alternating a great message with self check lists and lots of kicks in the butt. He has the ability to have you look at yourself in a way no other author I came across so far.
A yes attitude is a game changer and this book put me back on the right track when I could use it. I'll keep this work on my phone to revisit it when I need some positive reinforcement.

Bought This With Great Expectation - Didn't Finish
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
I purchased this book with great expectations, hoping to like it. I was basically highly disappointed. This was a didn't finish for me.
More fresh information - within the text of THIS book rather than freebies on the author's website and advertisements for his other books.
What could Jeffrey Gitomer have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
It may just be that this author is not a match for me. I just didn't care for the book. I'd hoped for something new in the world of positivity, positive attitude, etc. I didn't find that in this book.
