Great for beginners

I have been doing intermittent fasting a few years now but wanted to go back to basics and understand all the science behind it and the history etc. This book is ideal for beginners and takes you through all you need to know from the benefits right through to how to plan your meals. I really enjoyed the celeb stories too!

helpful guidance

A revolutionary new approach, indeed!!!
I actually got this book for my spouse to indirectly help me, as she always complained about a junk diet and weary exercises. So I decided to try a different approach and came across this book. I actually did see great results in her and she has stopped complaining.
It's a really intensive, easy-to-listen, and well-narrated book.
The book's narrative was excellent and the narration was pleasant to listen to. The content, as discussed above, was adequate

The only tool that has worked for me!

I have been practicing moderately strict intermittent fasting for over a year and can honestly say that it is the most sustainable weight-maintenance process I've come across. The 16-8 has been a winner for me, but I'm always curious to keep up to date with new information about fasting which is why I thoroughly enjoyed this listen. It was a good reminder of the many benefits of doing this (super motivating, especially the part about how it promotes healing within the body) and I also appreciated the proposed recipes.
