Jack is a gentle guide through this meditation. It's a wonderful meditation and such an act of self care to speak so kind to myself. I appreciate that it is only 20min as well. it's a great way to begin your day!

A perfect way to end the day

My intention for 2015 is to open my heart to love again as part of a long healing process, and this is one of the nurturing resources that helps me do that. I listen each night at bedtime and allow the warm, loving guidance to flow through my body, mind and spirit as I drift into sleep. I feel the soothing words reaching deep into my heart and allow them to heal the old wounds and misconceptions that have been limiting my ability to give and receive love. Each time I allow the loving energy of Jack Kornfield's words to enter my heart I can feel the healing taking place.

It's so wonderful to turn this on and fall sleep, or truly meditate. It's not a lot of talking, just the right amount. And the instructions are perfect for the topic. I love this audio book

Jack does a superb job at helping you to create space in your heart, mind, and body for loving healing. His words helped me easily "see" loving myself, and to feel a deep sense of compassion and gentleness within. I'm very grateful he was inspired to create such a needed meditation.
