Good story line
I was not impressed by the narrator however the storyline was pretty good. It starts out strong and locks you in right away.

Excellent
Julia wanting a fresh start in this small town did not get that.
An abandoned estate held deadly secrets, and nightmares. The characters and narration were good. Given audio for my voluntary

Good enough
The concept of the story was interesting and the story itself hold my attention, but the ending... not so much.
