you should know......

I know this series was written for young children and older ones but this series is amazing to me and I am an older adult. I have gotten all the audible books I can and have gone to Amazon to buy the series of books for the ones I cannot find in Audible. I have laughed and cried with these stories gotten angry at some of cats and been there when kits are born and when some cats have died and felt like I lost a family member. the authors are brilliant and so intriguing. Warrior Cats has gotten me through this pandemic quarantine and I want to thank you. keep writing I will keep buying and keep reading and listening!

Voices aren’t the best.

The narrator is fantastic at narrating, but his voices he does for all the cats aren’t the best. Most of the girl voices are a little too high and childish, and Jayfeather sometimes sounds like a sniveling henchman type character. However, after the first chapter or so that becomes less concerning, and it’s admirable that the narrator was able to come up with enough distinguishable voices to maintain clarity of who was speaking. I love the warriors series in general, so of course I’m a little biased and I wouldn’t criticize the material as much as the voicing. This is an intriguing start to a new story arc anyways. If you struggle to read a book without losing attention or desire an audio book so you can listen while doing other things, I recommend it. Just know that this isn’t necessarily better than simply reading the book.
