Would listen again.

Good Bruenor story. Read well. The voices weren't perfect, but Felicia reading all goblins as Gollum did distract until I got used to it. Would listen again, she told the battle with enough inflection and pacing to keep it interesting without being cheesy.

Riveting and revealing! Salvatore shines!

Great short story revealing some of the early life of one of the main characters of Salvatore's ice wind dale character set. Well written and well narrated by a celebrity (Felicia day). Love the whole set of stories this came from.

Classic Salvatore, well performed!

Only complaint... too short. That's offset by the fact theyre charging next to nothing for it. Well worth it. And Felicia Day performing is just perfect.

Good story, great performance

Where does The First Notch rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Brings me back to the days when I played D&D. I nice diversion from the longer books I've listened to. And Felicia Day is awesome.

Who was your favorite character and why?

The two-headed Ettin was well done - interesting to picture, at the very least.

What about Felicia Day’s performance did you like?

Very pleasant narration, and the different voices for the characters, though obviously challenging, were well done.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Of course. It's less than 30 minutes long.

Any additional comments?

Did I mention that Felicia Day is awesome?

Way too short!....Needed more

If you could sum up The First Notch in three words, what would they be?

Was very short, but it was well done and a pleasure to see Audible giving us this production. Good stuff.

Any additional comments?

Like I saiid it was way to short, but very good. This is my genre, so I am in my glory with the new collection. You have to read them all to get the full effect.
