Love this book.

I’m just getting into yoga and I love this book. All the history and perspective she has on yoga is awesome! It’s really funny to.

No nonsense

I enjoyed listening to this book. Lynne writes about the things she has learned over the years as a fitness and yoga instructor. In a way that is amusing and recognizable. Offers some good advice for those just getting started with their fitness goals.
