Life Changing!

I am so incredibly grateful for this book! The information I have learned has given me the knowledge of how to transform my body from a physical torture chamber to living a life of freedom with ease and joy. The tools mentioned in this book are not for the sole purpose of marketing Ashley’s pocket book. They ARE TRANSFORMATIVE TOOLS! Without these tools I wouldn’t have the ability to treat myself. Therefore they are actually saving me thousands upon thousands of dollars relying on a therapist to release my fascia. I personally know people that have spent that money on facia practitioners. I don’t have to! I can treat myself daily to free my body of life long pain and as a side benefit smooth out cellulite and rolls. As for Ashley’s narration, she’s not a professional voice actress. Cool! I applaud her for having the courage to narrate her own story and research while not beating herself for speaking it flawlessly. She is a testament to authenticity. Forever Grateful!!

A Must for Overall Health and Wellness

Ashley Black has researched the x-factor that continues to plague so many of us: unhealthy fascia. Her case is compelling, her research is sound (check the acknowledgements and links), and her audible delivery is pleasing. I cannot say how surprised I was at how much this book delivered. Great purchase, good experience to listen, life-changing information.

Eye opening explanation of fascia

This book is not just for people trying to combat cellulite. I read it because I’m interested in improving my biomechanics. The information is amazing and I can’t believe the medical community has over looked fascia so long!
