10 out of 10 here’s why…

I just read the Congruent Emperor by Dave Schoeder and I rate the book 10/10! There is a lot out this book that you would not see by looking at the cover or reading the first few pages. It is out a boy becoming a man, Shoeder starts this book off with a nice gentle feeling, but I personally st a feeling that it was not always going to be that way. I thought that is just because of how he ent into depth. I just knew it had to be more than about his wonder year. A wonder year is how roeder started the book. It gave it a feeling of adventure that some audiobooks just do not have in le trailer.

I
One great thing he added to his books is congruentes. Congruentes let elements pass throush them like water, fire or air. It is pretty much a portal. What I like about these portals is that Shoeder gives a lot of details about how they work. He will write something like this: if I brought hot air through a congruentes and put it next to cold water, it would make steam. That is a true example; it was used in the book by a wizard to block a ship's vision.
The plot in this book is very interesting in a good way. It never stresses fou out like in some books when the main character's life is in GRAVE danger. It has danger of course, but not to people in the book that you like too much. Of course, some people get hurt, but the ones you really care about This book is fantasy by name, but I could see this book being realistic if you never knew what earth was like. It just has so much work put into it and it really shines when you read it. It is explained as if it were reality not just some story some guy made up. I feel how in depth Shoeder went into this book. The book is also really memorable, meaning I could remember stuff like it was real life and I not forget it.

One of the main ideas of this book is how the main character changes and grows as he learns about outside of his town. At the beginning of the book the main character ernon finds himself in her castle. "Eynon was finally learning the wider world was more complicated than the Coombe." This is the beginning of this journey.

At the beginning of the story Eynon is in Letitia's castle talking. They are figuring out how to stop the emperor from pillaging their area. In the middle of the book Merry, Eynon's girlfriend who is also a wizard, finds some really big caves. They could fit all of the people who need to run away from the evil emperor into the caves. In the end everyone is happy because they fended off the emperor for a while longer. The emperor has 40 legions, so it is really hard to defeat her.

Do not pass up on this series

I really cannot say enough good things about this series without giving away too many thing. The bottom line is this is an amazing story and the narrator just sells it SO hard. Even the animals he does sounds for and it's SO good. I really feel like I am part of the story and I think the story and narrator were made for each other. Please write many more books in this series!!!

keeps glancing over the good moments.

the story has allot of potential.

but when it starts to get interesting it is done in a few words. missing the build up, the excitement, the passion. now it is just than this happens... ok... it's done. character x does something and it's done.
