Way too much fluff

Could be condensed into a 30-45 minute audio book. Way too much fluff… Some parts felt like I was listening to a 20 min lecture on how to properly wash your hands before supper. Way way too much time wasted on explaining things that any adult with common sense should already know, and not enough information on actual training techniques. Therefore very impractical and thus a waste of time and money unfortunately.

Gives universally discouraged advice

This book encourages uses a laser pointer to exercise your dog. This technique is universally discouraged and causes neurological issues with dogs called laser pointer syndrome.
