Take this on your walks
Or in your sittings, and align your chakras and say Om. With Hesse in Siddhartha, with Krishnamurti in Freedom from the known, with innumerable Buddhas from the Buddha factories of various schools. Jack Kornfield soothes the passage of diamonds in the rough into our being that are deep insights from the masters of reality.A serendipitous find that I will listen to over and over again.

Like a buffet
I enjoyed this book because it was so easy to get right into the heart of the matter. Perhaps it appeals to the millennial mentality; that rapid fire, info-hungry manic way that we deliver data in the modern world.
