Cliffhanger

Also, you might want to check the trigger warnings on this one before reading. I didn’t and wish I had.

*Meh*

The story is quite basic and uneventful. The spice was lacking and minimal, as was the dialogue. Neither character was intriguing…neither were any of the side characters. This was a tough one to finish.

Dangerous Auction

The Billionaire’s Auction by Bri Blackwood. This is my first book by this author. I’m intrigued by Ace and Harlow story. This is the first in a new trilogy and is Ace and Harlow’s journey. Harlow is desperate as she needs money to pay off some debts, and this leads her to be entered into an auction. Ace had seen Harlow before where she was bartending, and he is determined to place the winning bid. These two come to an agreement that Harlow will stay with Ace for 90-days. This story ends in a cliffhanger, and I need the rest of the thrilling trilogy. I highly recommend this book. Im excited for book 2.

Good and bad

The Good: Jameson Adams, story moves fast, and good story line

The not so good: Juniper Young. And she read all the spicy scenes. 👎🏼 3 books to make one story. Not necessary.

Every book should be in duet

I would have enjoyed the story much more if it was performed in duet. I’m torn cause it ends on a cliffhanger, but if it’s not in duet style, I don’t know if I can do it.
