This book definitely adds value if you’re looking into selling your business, highly recommended! Heard lots of new information I had not come across before.

DO NOT SELL Your BIZ without reading this book

I've read many books on M&A, buying, selling and preparing your business to be sold, but none were as informative as this little Gem. I found it both educational and refreshing and chock-full of critical thinking and short stories of both successful transactions and horror stories you most certainly want to avoid.

It's a short read, and likely something you'll want to re-read (aka listen to) several times to ensure you let it sink in.
