Publisher's Summary

Let's face it, not all of us are morning people. I certainly was not one. There is nothing today like waking up early in the morning and taking your time to enjoy the day first before heading off to your chaotic workplace. You just feel energized throughout the entire day.

However, most of us never experience that and end up spending the majority of our days in a cloud of laziness because of waking up later than we should.

In this book you will find a variety of different ways to help you wake up early without having to fight against yourself, how to wake up feeling energized, and how to wake up and be as productive as possible.

Join the 5 AM Club

Five AM is simply a magical time to wake up and begin your day. You will achieve mental clarity and simply get things done. There will be no distractions from your phone, social media or even friends and family - everyone is asleep.

Short and to the point!!

Just got done listening to Robins 5am club and it was like forcing myself to eat minty manure, small amounts of good information and a long crappy story. This audiobook is 11 hours shorter and tells you all you need to be part of the 5am club! I’m sure to listen to this more than just once!

Too repetitive and boring

After reading the R. SHARMA 5 am club this 31min compressed version disappoints. It is repetitive and boring after the real book.

There are some new tips I didn't know. Some reminders as well.
It's nice and short as a book on this topic should be.

Great for time management/effectivity as a routine

If you could sum up The 5 AM Club in three words, what would they be?

Great tips and advice for making the most out of your peak times. Goal setting to become more productive and effective!

What did you like best about this story?

Constant focus on starting your day earlier, becoming more effective in the use of your day, being the early bird. The fact he stressed the importance of exercise, proper sleep and rest and going to bed early, so you can rise feeling rested and acclimate easier to the rising earlier.

Have you listened to any of Jackson Ladd’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Short. Gameshow like.

The content wasn't anything new. The narrator (while pleasant) talks like an over enthusiastic game show host which devalued the content.

Most surprising was how short the book is. I'd recommend The Miracle Morning over this to anyone that wants to improve their morning routine.
