I already wake up early and was hoping for some insight as to why and what to do I did not find that in this book. I am sure some people will find it interesting and helpful though..Narration was good. I was given this book free for an honest review.

Basic grandmother's advice
The book contains very banal suggestions that anyone with a minimum of common sense would understand in order to concretely be able to get the result of waking up early in the morning ... In my opinion it is money wasted
