Our Women 's Ministry used this book as a guide for our 21 day 2023 fast. I have to say, this was an excellent read. I had the book and used the audible.

No script needed...Just make it plain

Chrystal's bible study up my heart towards prayer. It helped me feel more ease and free to be authentic more than anything. I don't need a script...just come to God with my whole heart and intentionality. For longtime Inlet prayer be a stumbling block or stronghold for me but no more. I don't to speak Christianese! Just the four tenets Praise, Repentance, Ask/requests and yield.

The word is good but it’s not worth buying the audio

The book divides it in to chapters so if you do a chapter a day, in 6 days you are done. If goal is to spend 28 days developing your prayer life, the audible doesn’t serve your purpose. I would recommend just doing the Bible app plan instead it was amazing. I am probably going to look on the Bible app for a prayer plan instead.
