Longevity

I loved this longevity book, and this is really an extension of that. Although, I really think it is best for someone over the age of 30 or 40? I'm 24 and some of the things in here I can't relate to now, but now I will be in the future.

Excellent book! I do not understand though why it's paper has the same horrible odor the body book has as well!
