Good info

Very technical but it also provides a very good foundation for those following a keto lifestyle. A lot of very good info on nutrition and fasting protocols.

It would take dozens of other books and websites to combine this information. If you want to get to the nitty-gritty of autophagy, health, longevity; This is the book.

what a disappointment!

The biggest waste of a credit in my 10+ years as a subscriber! Poorly constructed, repetitive course advertisement at the beginning of every "book" and dubious scientific resources. Stick with the scientists like Valter Longo, David Sinclair, Satchin Panda for the facts about current longevity research and practice.
