what a disappointment!

The biggest waste of a credit in my 10+ years as a subscriber! Poorly constructed, repetitive course advertisement at the beginning of every "book" and dubious scientific resources. Stick with the scientists like Valter Longo, David Sinclair, Satchin Panda for the facts about current longevity research and practice.

To his new book, Siim brings all his wisdom and devotion he has found so far, in order to show the right path to longevity and fulfillment of life potential. He has deep insight into human autophagy and the relation between anabolism and catabolism.

Lovely

It Really Make Sense

A lot of what Martin talks about makes sense and seems very logical. It seems odd that this hasn't been discovered in the past. I for one am appreciative that Martin took the time to document this message and explain why he's able to sustain his top level performance.

I'M Impressed
