I highly recommend this audio to anyone who has a difficult time falling asleep. My favorite part is the 2 minutes to think about your concerns. It’s amazing how many concerts you can think about in only 2minutes! Try it!

Great way to fall asleep

Narrator is abrupt, sounds bored and is too loud at the beginning... She gets better. It's almost as if she's going through the mediation herself and gets more relaxed and soothed (and quiets) as she goes! Personally not a fan of the ambient crystal bowls in this particular recording. They sound like distant fog horns.

Start this about halfway through!

It works, I don't know how or when because I was in a DEEP sleep. Woke up refresh. I feel amazing.

At first I was like, this will not work, and then... I was asleep! Excellent!

This is a good meditation but the narrator’s voice starts off super choppy so it’s not soothing. I slowed it down to .8 and .9 and it improves her abrupt manner of closing her sentences
