Fascinating stories from the sky

Well written essays that made me feel like the stories my granddad would tell. I'm a sailor, not a pilot, but this book sure made me think about what flying would be like.

Great Book

Really enjoyed the book. The author and I are close in age. It's good to know that other men start something new in there 60's.

Interesting and Fun

My first plane ride was in a Piper Cub and I was thrilled. This book was interesting and it was fun to learn more about the plane. I got a little lost in all the technical terms at times, but overall I enjoyed the book.

The narration held a personal touch that added to the feeling of the emotions and love for flying and the planes.
