Sweet Solitude

King's Trace Antiheroes, Book 2

De: Sav R. Miller

Narrado por: Kendall Taylor, Liam DiCosimo

In the wake of her father’s death, lonely Juliet Harrison struggles with the guilt over her loss.

She deals with it the way she deals with everything: by burying her feelings beneath impulsive decisions and desecrating the local graveyard. But Juliet isn’t as invisible as she believes.

Hiding out from the ghosts of his past, Kieran Ivers is known in King’s Trace as a homicidal hermit. But the rumors don’t stop him from visiting the cemetery to taunt his late brother’s remains.

It’s there he first spots a woman engaging in lascivious acts on her father’s grave and becomes enraptured by the darkness surrounding her. When she leaves behind a necklace, Kieran finds and keeps it until he can score a meeting with the mysterious siren.

He doesn’t know she’s the sister-in-law of his rival or that she is drowning in her sadness. Nor does he care.

Once he’s decided what he wants, he’ll stop at nothing to get her.

From international bestselling author Sav R. Miller comes a steamy and twisted love story between two humans haunted by their pasts. Sweet Solitude is the second interconnected standalone in the King's Trace Antiheroes series, a dark romance trilogy revolving around a corrupt small town in Maine. Listener discretion is advised.

Great twists in the story

Amazing story with unexpected twists and turns. Pulls your attention and never lets go. Strongly recommend

Misunderstood

This is an amazing book. The narration was so well done. I can’t wait for the next book.

It’s even better than the 1st book in this series!

I really enjoyed this audiobook, I may not buy the 3rd/last one book in this series since it doesn’t sound as good as the 1st two audiobooks, but I’ll read the reviews and go from there.

4 I Will Dull My Edges STARS

I enjoyed the dual narration although I find the female narrator a little too aggressive at times when narrated the male main character.

Dominant hero who will unalive to protect the heroine, yes please! The heroine is sister to the heroine in the first book. She is promiscuous and drinks a lot and I liked that she wasn’t a virginal heroine. If you like books full of secrets with a jealous possessive hero you’ll like this book.

Ugh love this series

I read these and now I get to listen to them while I work is a blessing!
