I would recommend this book. Being an insomniac, I have looked into this subject quite a lot, therefore much of the information was already known to me, but there were a few things that were new to me that I want to try.What about John N. Gully’s performance did you like?
John Gully read clearly and at just the right pace - he has a nice and easy voice to listen to.Good information, good narration
