Awesome

I loved it! It was mostly about real urban lifestyle. Very relatable. Will be reading this again!

Nothing good about this book

When she read the mama on crack went from looking like Halle Berry to Whoopi Goldberg I should have known this wasn’t the book for me but the name dropping clothes not enough story to much details about nothing

The book was ok, not really good just “OK”

The book was ok, it was a lot going on with the book. I think the problem is with the writer. It was a lot of he say she say. I really didn’t care a lot for that.

HORRIBLE!!!

I feel like I fell into some lost episodes of Degrassi High. I could not get with the excessive whining, the drawn out story lines, the high school antics, absent parents due to different circumstances, yea yea...and narration was awful! She was reading way too fast and most of the time I could not tell when she switched from one character to the next. The author did try to throw in some "hood antics" along with the after school special but it didn't mes and the story seemed all over the place. That so called revenge plot that went to the left...WHAT!!!!! I'm not sure if this was the author's first novel but this is NOT IT!

Whew

Easily one of the worst if not the worst narrations I’ve listened to all year. Idk if this was her first book to narrate because I’ve heard good narrating from her before... but this was so bad and really hard to finish. The story was amateurish writing and I only finished it because I used my credit...time and money wasted...definitely a tough finish.

I don't know where to begin

Let's start with the narrator; OMG this is not the profession for her, NOT AT ALL. The Story was just so drawn out for no reason, then I kept waiting to get to the point, but it was just like poorly written essay.....

It just ran on!

Vest spoiled rotten review

“Spoiled Rotten” was a fantastic book. I rated this book 5/5. I love the bond that Jason and Trouble share for one another as brother and sister. I think that it is wonderful that Jason is like a dad to his little sister. Trouble should be her name. She doesn’t mind fighting, saying what’s on her mind, and claiming what is rightfully hers. I am so in love with her boyfriend Darryl. I love his mannerisms and talent. He has a escalade given to him for his off the chain balling skills. All sorts of Scouts want him to attend their school. Darryl is not really interested in playing basketball as a profession. His heart is set on becoming a engineer after high school. I hate his “hood rat” baby mother Jameelah. She always uses the baby against Darryl and Trouble once they start dating. Trouble gets so jealous and is ready to end the relationship with Darryl. They break up like twice in the book. Overall Darryl really adores her. Once Darryl returns back from basket ball camp, Trouble tells Darryl the kiss she has with a character named Woo.Woo and his baby mother sets up Big Mike. Bike Mike is Jason’s best friend and brother. Once big Mike is robbed and finds out Woo and Woo’s baby mother is behind it it goes downhill from there. Woo gets played by Trouble in the end for her brother’s Jason’s murder in the end. This book is a thrill seeking, attention grabbing, and heroin story.
