To help you access spiritual spring I have created a quick and easy guide to get your mind, body, heart, and spirit into alignment. This is a great practice for you to start. There are four parts to learn: Mind Mastery, Body Bliss, Happy Heart, and Soaring Spirit.

Step 1: Mind Mastery: To accept life with ease

How much easier is life when we accept that everything that has happened, is just what happened and it’s as simple as that? The facts are the facts and the rest is a story that you have created. Is it possible that something has occurred to you in a certain way and, depending on your perspective, you have made it mean something? Apart from what actually happened, everything else can simply drop away. This means letting go of the emotion, the pain, and the drama.

Step 2: Body Bliss: Honour your body

As a human race we have become so disconnected from our bodies. Most of the time our attention is focused on what we are lacking as we spend our time obsessing over our imperfections. Our lives are spent criticising, abusing, or neglecting our own or other people’s bodies. Treat your body well and listen to it.

Often, the body is overlooked and underappreciated but, if you give your body a chance to be heard by silencing your mind, you will find your body will speak to you in its own unique language. If you can connect to yourself properly, through being present and being an observer to your thoughts, you will have access to inner wisdom as never before.

Step 3: Happy Heart: Love yourself and others unconditionally

Your heart is your most valuable asset because it holds the key to true fulfillment. Choosing love is a powerful way to connect with the vibration of your heart and it will open a window of love, giving you a lighter perspective on life. Let the warmth of the self-love pour into your heart. Watch it shine, as you place your hands on your heart and bow your head in reverence to yourself and your heart. Place your attention into your heart and watch as stress disappears as you free your mind and say, “I choose love”.

Whatever you do in life, drop the security guards posted around your heart by healing your pain and opening to life again. If you shut yourself off from receiving and giving love, you will not be living a happy life. Choose to connect to your heart’s natural state of unconditional love by being in the presence of your heart. This will give you the opportunity to experience states of peace, kindness, and compassion; and ultimately expand your capacity to feel good within yourself.

Step 4: Spirit Soars: Choose to do what you love

Spirit is connected to the word inspired and it means to do what you love. The truth of who you are lies in your spirit. When you feel inspired, how do you feel? What are the sorts of things that you love doing? What are your passions? What does your body look like when you see yourself doing what you love?

When you are focused on doing what you love, does your mind open and expand towards possibilities that excite and invigorate your enthusiasm for life? If you choose love over fear right now and actually think about doing what you love, can you stay limitless and free within your vision by staying close to your spirit? Can you allow your spirit to show you what you truly want? Can you follow this feeling of doing what you love? Your spirit knows so that is why it is vital to build your spiritual muscles when you are seeking happiness.

When you’re connected to the inspiration that comes from doing what you love, you begin to beam with an inner radiance. You become a beacon of light for others.

Spiritual Spring is connecting to your inner being right now. Your highest purpose in life is to connect to the divinity within you and to fill yourself with love, compassion, and forgiveness.
