A cursed witch must team up with a rival coven leader to save her small town in this atmospheric tale of magic, love, and self-discovery—from the New York Times bestselling author of The Unfortunate Side Effects of Heartbreak and Magic.

“Absolutely irresistible . . . I was enthralled!”—Sarah Beth Durst, New York Times bestselling author of The Spellshop

In the small town of Gold Springs, Calliope Petridi and her two sisters carefully guard the secret of their magic and the price they must pay to practice it: memories. Luckily, all Calliope wants to do is forget: the mother who left without a trace, the sisters from whom she feels increasingly distant, and most of all, the way the love of her life shattered her heart two years ago.

But when a mysterious evil awakens, the fragile thread that holds the sisters together breaks. As their magic slowly begins to fade, Calliope accidentally binds herself to the handsome leader of a rival coven infamous for their ruthless pursuit of power. Battling the sizzling chemistry with a man she can’t trust, Calliope must confront memories of her past, family secrets, and ancient magic in order to protect the town and all she loves. But will she have anything left of herself?

“As sweet and spicy as a freshly baked ginger biscuit drizzled with honey, Spells, Strings, and Forgotten Things is witchy romantasy at its finest.” —Bianca Marais, author of The Witches of Moonshyne Manor

I was not expecting this good of a twist. I could fully imagine the final moments in my mind beautifully.

I enjoyed the story. I thought the main female character spoke to much, and her love interest was a tad cheesy. but over All it was a fun read!

how one person could lie so much but be forgiven shocked Me. he lied so hard!

This was a really fun and charming story that managed to be cozy, but still have a really sharp edge. The concept of the magical system was really interesting and unique, and the enemies to lovers romance was great, if a little cliche.

I wish that there had been more development of the darker coven, and that we had gotten to know Lerian’s sister better, she felt under developed for the role she played

Overall, I really loved this book. The Audible narrators did an excellent job.

Everything wrapped up nicely at the end, and I’m excited to read book 2!

This story for me hit home in a few places of which I’ll give no spoilers 😉. It’s charming and sisterly, hope, & questions find their way back. Will love win in the end?? I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️ guess you’ll have to read to find out 🥰

A love the stars will fall for
