Poor narroration of a parody porn

This is an AI read book. It reads the entire story in one voice with no character distinction. The protagonist is a New York born and raised woman but the book is read in a proper British accent which I found disconnecting and annoying.

There is MINIMAL character development. What development there is doesn't make sense and too much emphasis is placed on hooking up and not enough on what is supposed to be the actual plot. I kept reading because the plot premise is good, waiting for the story to fill out but it never did.

As a side note, because thats what the actual plot feels like, her back story is she grew up in foster care and is really disliked. She has no friends, her roommates kicked her out, etc. The author provides 0 explanation for the dislike but boy is she popular with the guys. One night she meets a hot guy at work, hooks up, and after is abducted via magic portal by creepy old guys.

We first meet out protagonist as she is escaping a lab with amnesia and almost gets run over. The driver just happens to be Headmaster at a magical school and he takes her there. Upon waking and throughout the book, she shows 0 fear and barely a mild curiosity about why she was abducted and can't remember anything. She makes immediate besties with the first girl she meets and naturally, her roomies are the most popular girls who hate her before even meeting her. You know where thats going.

The hottest guys at school obsessively want her on first sight and she returns their interst, declaring she is going to sleep with them and proceeds to do so the very next day. Her intense horniness without explanation is seriously eye roll worthy and the sex scene over the top, so much that I skipped through most of it. If you guessed her stratosphere reaching orgasm unlocked her memories, you would be right. Do we get some much needed info on who she is and whats going on? No! We get my first spoiler paragraph. But wait, the hot guy from the night she was abducted is a student too and just as obsessed with her as the guy she just boned. Que the love triangle.
