Functional audio guide.

I got a book like this as I figured it is time to break the chains of my shyness. Yes, this social phobia can be paralyzing. I know as I’m suffering from it as well. And I’m just glad that it is not yet too late to become the person I would want to be when I’m surrounded with people-happy, carefree, and comfortable. There’s so much I’ve extracted from this audio guide that I always listen to it every morning before going to work. And it is helping.

Nothing I couldn't research online

Yes, good info and.....wheres the beef? No information on self guidance of therapy or helpful information on what's online. I have DAD, now what?

Worth the money and time

A good book with useful techniques & strategies. It has a bit of science in places but this was useful to understand the rationale for the strategies. It does not waste my time and money, I didn’t also regret buying this book. A good one!

Very simple..

yet very practical. I'd love how the content of the book made contact with the reader. It describes the mechanics of anxiety very well and is definitely a good tool to help fight it! It's definitely made a difference for me!

Helping me a lot

Interesting and Truthful
