Educational and enlightening.

Would you listen to Social Anxiety again? Why?

The book has many helpful tips for dealing with anxiety, and is clearly written. The narration is soothing and clear. I recommend this book for anyone who is grappling with social anxiety.

Helpful for Anxiety

Where does Social Anxiety rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This book was very helpful, in explaining the disorder, causes, symptoms and ways to overcome this sometimes disabling disorder.

Which character – as performed by Dan Hankiewicz – was your favorite?

The narration was soothing. I found Dan's voice very calming... especially important with this subject matter. It felt like he was reading this just to me,and also like he cared about the subject matter. I highly recommend this book, not just because it helped me, but because the audible version is just such great listening!

What made the experience of listening to Social Anxiety the most enjoyable?

As a sufferer of social anxiety I appreciate that the text is written in "plain English", easy to understand and therefore simple to apply the advice given to one's particular problems.
