Interesting idea

The book starts out a little slow for me. Maybe that is because we are following so many characters at the beginning. By being paid in a game to essentially be an NPC, we get some good world building. The characters are lacking interesting powers so it doesn’t seem like that fun of a game they have joined. The story was fun but slow. I enjoyed their journey. The MC did a good job.

I’ve read the authors other books with same narrator and same cheeky humor. Entertaining and worth the read.

Complex story with well defined characters and good quality humor.

Loved the story on RR and enjoyed the audiobook just as much. There seem to be some places where COR is for some reason spelled Courage instead of Corruption but overall an excellent performance.

love the series would rather read it.

stories great, love the butcher and friends world building and how it set in the same universe and tunnel rat. my gripe is the performer. in this story he keeps saying courage for corruption and swapping between them occasionally through me of as the biggest mistake. very jaring takers me right out the story there's other things but it happens so much this is my main sticking point.

Fun story

I enjoyed how the varied characters interact with each other. It's fun to see the workers get stronger behind the boss's backs. I am looking forward to seeing what happens next.
