This book is A+

The author gives you the information necessary to understand why small habits lead to big changes. After you finish reading this book you will understand why you are struggling, understand desire, and what triggers you to do what you do. The tools given to break habits in this book will transform your life so you can live your best life. Selina will encourage you to feed your mind with good thoughts and get out of your comfort zone. You must listen to this book, over and over again.

A must read. Seriously.

Honestly, I would give this ten stars if I could. This is a concise, well written book that touches on a lot of areas. It clearly lists how best to replace bad habits with new ones, how to encourage the drive to keep going, and how to avoid lapsing back into the old patterns. It was upbeat and breaks everything down into "doable" pieces. I don't just recommend this book, but I consider it a must read if you or a loved one is stuck in some aspect of life.

Never underestimate small habits!

Over the years, I enjoy reading books and listening to audiobooks about creating good habits. The things we do daily, even though in the moment seems insignificant, can have a major impact on our lives long term. While most books about habits primarily focus on either health-related or work-related matters I like that this book encourages readers to achieve a balance in all areas of life--your social life included. Consistency is key in building habits and creating long term success; hence, I would recommend anyone who is interested in being a better version of themselves and learning how to create good habits to give this audiobook a listen! I promise you won't be disappointed!

This book delivers

I’m a big fan of self-help books, and this is one of the few that I devoured in one sitting. Everything in this book is useful. Many self-help books reuse a lot of the same stuff, but this book has a unique message, and it has been so helpful for me. One of the areas I found the most useful is the work-life balance reminders. I’ve been working from home for many years, and it is hard to balance the two. This is a great listen.

I’m so glad I found this book.

Packs a punch

This audiobook takes us on a quick, powerful journey, covering everything from creating empowering habits to charting the course of personal success. As it states, those that are most successful know what to do and when to do it. Then, they do those very things.

Thus, if we want to be just as successful as such folks, we need to cultivate a set of habits that breaks us out cycles of procrastination and pushes us to take the right actions at the right times. Luckily, this audiobook shows us how to do such things by applying said lessons to our social, physical, emotional, financial, and work lives.

It’s a great, speedy listen that I would invite others to listen to as well.

Powerful ideas!

I can tell from my experience that picking and developing small habits can do a BIG THING in your life. I went from being a shy teenager to self-confident grown up with just a handful of small powerful habits that changed everything in my life.
When I found his book I was pleasantly surprised that it coverd pretty much everything I learned through a hard life experience.
I wish I had this book 20 years ago. my life would have gone way smoother and easier.
Highly recommend.

Great resource!

I definitely recommend this book to anyone who's experiencing being stuck in certain behavior and wanting to make a change.

I've learned what the sabotaging factor is throughout my day and how I can deal with that to feel more balanced and goal oriented. Sometimes we get stuck in life and can't seem to get out of that whole we dug ourselves in (whatever the situation is), this book definitely gave me an insight as to why this is happening and why we don't even notice it happening. Recommend!
