after listening to many other books on this subject, Hayden explains many details that most books don't.

Very condensed and full of great information

Unlike some authors who keep secrets close, this book shares everything with us—every formula and step-by-step strategy.

Excellent Book!

To the point with easy to follow examples. An excellent book on Real Estate investing. The financial advice and specifically the tax advice are spot on. Will read again and recommend to friends.

Very informative and concise

I saw Hayden on Facebook ads first and honestly was skeptical because he seemed young and there are so many online gurus. But I read the book reviews and saw they were all good so I gave it a try. I had read several other books on REI prior and found Hayden’s to be not only very concise and relatively easy to understand in less time and words than other books, but he also described a few things I hadn’t read in other books, especially the chapter on tax benefits. I came out of it having learned something and with much more respect for Hayden. I would recommend this book.

a lot of information.

there's no fluff in this book. it can be a bit overwhelming. the quality of the recording is mediocre. the author reads it, so it just sounds like someone reading from book. Hayden, hire an actor next time, you should have money for it if you're real estate business is as successful as you say in the book. it sounds like it was recorded with his phone.

other than the low quality of the recording, the information is first rate.

Truth

I listened to the audible version, And a lot of what he is asking people to do with residential income property is what I'm doing now staying in the black.

He also opened my eyes up about commercial property storage units something I never thought about but now it's something that I will look into of having lifetime of residual income.

After listening to the audible book I went on Amazon and purchase the book it should be here this Tuesday and I also went to his YouTube page for the resources to learn about spreadsheets and the Excel calculation this is one of the best knowledgeable book on real estate I've read heard or seen spoken with true honesty and the willingness to teach you can hear it in his voice a person who's sharing his knowledge from his heart willing to teach to help people to grow in the real estate business.

I will be listening to more of his videos in the future because I feel that he is out to help and not really to line his pockets such as the other real estate people as you see on TV.

My husband and I listened this together on our afternoon walks. This is amazing information on how to get started. I myself am not strong in math but was able to follow with easy problems and breakdowns that Hayden gives. He really made it simple to understand the information. Highly recommend this book!
