Who was your favorite character and why?

I've been in love with this series since Shannon got her hand stuck in the toilet in the first book.

yes it was

Amanda's story with Andrew

So happy things get switched up in this series and we get the different characters relationships too. This I can do. The story is fun and the performance done by yet another different narrator (because it is a different characters side I think) is still fantastic. If the first few books were put together instead of separate, I think this series would be the best. I hope they keep it up.

Deeper than the rest

So this story line was a bit different than the writing I was typically use to. There was less humor and way more heart. I have truly fallen for Amanda!!! She is strong and caring and just an amazing person. She doesn't let her fear of anything hold her back. She is relatable and reliable! She made this story for me. Andrew, at times, was a jerk! He allowed fear to hold him back from life. A fear worth having but he used it as a crutch, which I disapprove of! I love the ending and how their HEA! Can't wait until the next book!

A Few Laugh Out Loud Moments

I listened to the audio version of this book. I thought the Narration was really good, even down to the sounds of the helicopter.

I really liked Andrew and Amanda. I could not stand Shannon's mother, Marie. I kept wishing someone would put a stop to her behavior. There were a number of laugh out loud moments in this book, and a lot of ridiculousness. I mean a LOT.

I also liked Declan and Shannon. I felt sorry for what the brothers had to go tgrough, and was irritated by James attitude toward Declan.

This ended with both couples getting their HEA, and me being happy because Marie didn't get hers.

HILARIOUS...NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

Here is what 'Shopping for....' is: Amanda works for a Mystery Shopper company. Mystery Shopper is hired by other companies to critique their store chain/businesses performances or competitors performance.

As in the summary Andrew and Amanda have had a touch and go relationship for a couple of years. Something happens to bring Andrew to his senses. This is their story....

Amy McFadden is fabulous. Her delivery of the humor is spot on. I promise you will laugh your a** off.

My first book by Julia Kent and as I've said her writing is hilarious.

Absolutely worth credit/$$. Just get it you won't be sorry.
