Only needs a nap to do anything.

I respectfully could not finish the entire series. The first book had an interesting set up. Wanting to force our main character to decide on the best actions to take, however I was conflicted with how she only needs a nap to recover from anything.

I do not want to spoil the story so I will pick my words carefully. A couple of things happen that would have any normal person needing days or weeks to recover. But as long as she has a nap she has plenty of strength to do all she needs

While I wanted to continue. I also was not looking forward to more instances of instant recovery.

I wanted to like it because the premise is good

but, all the main characters, aside from Paige Turner, could be leading a master class in gaslighting. They're supposed to be a best friend, a mentor and a boyfriend, but these are some unhealthy relationships. This could be titled "If your friends treat you like this, they're really your enemies" Yuck.

Clean funny story

While there are quite a few bad reviews on this series, I personally liked it. The story itself was very clean and safe for any age to listen to. The banter between Paige and Dewey was great. They were quite a few times that I laughed out loud. I do agree that she can be quite dumb. Sometimes. the narrator did not do a bad job however, there were not a lot of voices so some of them got reused. I like the fact that they had quite a few missions, but I do feel like the ending was rushed. I would love to see more from this series.
