interesting story, meh writing
The story itself is interesting and an easy read, but it could use some serious editing. The writer is constantly repeating themselves and don't get me started on the word "however", which keeps cropping up every 5 minutes.

What a ride!!!
Cole and Lexi will have you hanging on to every word with wide eyes. If you want your heart stolen this is a must read!

a phenomenal read!! !
I wrote a huge review and then just deleted it bc I am choosing to just be a little more blunt.
THE SHADOW REALMS series is BLOODY BRILLIANT & MOST DEF A MUST "HEAR!" (or would that be a "must listen?" 🤔)
BKD's writing as usual is TOP NOTCH & the narrator, Meg Price has such brilliant acting skills, secondary to those of the wonderfulTavia Gilbert!
I listened to book#1 in 1 day!
For this book (#2) i did the same & I'm typing this very quickly bc I NEED to start book #3!!!
5 STARS HANDS DOWN!
You're missing out if you don't get your ears on this series!!

Another good one!
I loved BKD's series Road to Hell, so I tried out this series and it's just as good. Super hot and alpha mc and strong female lead. I liked this book even better than the first. loved the romance between the two main characters. On to the next one.

Really enjoying this series!!
This book has it all!! Great series so far, could stop listening. Narrator did great job, would have preferred both male and female narrators. But she did fabulous
