I love this series and this was probably the best book out of the 3. The romance is awesome and the two mc's are great. The narrator really makes this series even better. I need the next book asap!!

I’ve just finished the 3rd, I think, book. The first book was wonderful. Lots of action and stuff. The next 2 books have been interesting but I think the story could’ve been condensed into 1 book. I’m resentful to have to purchase another book that probably could also have been included in the previous books but I will bc I like the characters & I want to see the “Lord” brought down. But don’t do this to me again bc I won’t be conned twice.

i listened to book #1 in this "Shadow Realms," series during Thursday, Friday i started & finished book #2 & I started this book this morning (saturday) & I've just finished it.
THATS how good this series is!!

Each book flawlessly starts @ the exact moment the last one finished.
This series by Heather Gilmour Cox aka Brenda K Davies is, by far, for me, her best yet! (if you haven't listened to "Vampire Awakenings," & "The Alliance," series also by BKD I highly, HIGHLY recommend that you do!!)-

I have NOT been able to PUT THESE NOVELS DOWN..."The Shadow Realms," novels are absolutely phenomenal!!! BKD is an unbelievable author!
The series is the story of. yes The Shadow Realms , focusing on two main characters ( each one is narrated by both POv)-. These are the stories of Ivy & prince/King Cole. Let me tell you all that I am undeniably ENTHRALLED!!! This Narrator, Meg Price has acting skills secondary to those of Tavia Gilbert ! At first I was dubious to give book #1 a try bc if the switch in BKD chosen narrator (the other two series by BKD had the Fabulously Talented, Tavia Gilbert as Narrator)-but Meg Price, the narrator of, "The Shadow Realms,"has not let me down once!

Each Book in " The Shadow Realms," keeps on getting better & better - Everything, from how the main 2 Charactors powers & lives evolve , to how the actual story line opens up & evolves, has been executed in a wickedly enthralling way!! They're so brilliant that sometimes they have kept me on the edge of my seat, they have taken my breath away & at some points ive even held my breath!


Give "The Shadow Realms," a listen ! I promise you that u WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!!

The narrator for this book did an excellent job yet again. Story a little slow maybe could have been included with last book. But overall good listen and looking forward to the next book.

Brenda's writing style is detailed, exciting, and riveting. Meg delivers an excellent audio. Her male voices don't make me cringe and she brings each chacater to life in such a way that i can tell whos talking without the written cues. I need book 4 to be available on Audible soon! I hate to start another series when i am so hooked on Lexi and Cole. I binged the first 3 books in as many days.

Moving a lot faster but not too fast. Still not a fan of the modern day references when they are still riding on horses..
the more voices this actor flexes the better she gets..
