Way better than first book!! Amazing!

Wow this second book pulled me in! Narrated from Shadow’s point of view it is essentially a retelling of first book but with many questions answered and a completely diff perspective. Narration was AWESOME! And I’m dying (pun intended lol) for the next book, hurry up audible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Frustrating!

I enjoyed the first book a lot and I enjoyed the idea of this book but I won’t lie Amara ruined it for me. It was a struggle to listen anytime she was in the story. For a supposed bada** warewolf she was the most annoying person and gosh so weak and desperate. I hope shadow grows a pair and deals with that in the next book. The story is really good though. It is different and that made me want to keep listening. The narration was alright.
