Very good story

Heroine leaves much to be desired. That said the potential for her to overcome her pass and become a strong smart kick was heroine is there! I'm so hoping character growth continues in this very unique take on paranormal.

Unique story

Really enjoyed a creative storyline with the main characters coming together and learning their history. Kept me listening.

Awesome Start

It was over way too soon. The characters are great, and have lots of depth. The storyline is new and interesting and truly makes you think. Loving it.

Narrators are also doing a wonderful job.

great series

I love the viewpoint of having seven souls fighting for dominance. This is a whole new twist on the paranormal. Eve's background is also an awesome mix into the story. I'm also loving the storyline unfolding about the multiple mates. well written and good narration.

good build up

not really sure what the tittle means but I was all in lol, I'm looking forward to book 2 and understanding more about the plot. I'd recommend this read

it's a different story line that I haven't ready ever read about.

Not much excited at some point I had a hard time paying attention to the story. That could be because I had other thing going on . that's a unique story I like that it's different.

Goooooooodddd

Started off slow and almost didn’t continue but when I say I’m so happy I did!! This book was absolutely amazing. On to book two. No regrets 🤗

Eve’s ignorance. Pretty funny.

I love this series. This 1st installment is really good. It’s a real unique storyline. Luvable characters. And Eve…sweet, bad ass, and photographic memory you will respect. She lived a sheltered life in a religious cult. So sheltered she had never seen a TV, cellphone etc. The students volunteered to show her the ropes.

decent listen

This book is a bit harder for me to review. The story is well written and I have read all 3 books. The religious aspect of the books isn't overwhelming but is definitely part of the books, more of in the first and last. As long as that doesn't bug you then the series is worth the listen. this book is pretty PG, the second and third have more of a sexual aspect but nothing too indepth or out of the box.

Very unique

I was actually surprised while I listen to this book. The way the author shifts perspectives to the guys' POV is interesting because you get to observe a scene in a way that I haven't seen before. their thoughts and feelings when watching Eve interact with new things are descriptive in a way that is impossible not to picture what they're seeing in your head. IDK, I just really thought that was interesting so I wanted to put it at the top of my review.

As for Eve and the story itself, I really enjoyed it. I thought the author did a good job portraying what it would feel like to come from such a sheltered and backward environment into modern day society. You don't think about how difficult it would be to understand speech and slang let alone modern technology or what someone would think of you if you didn't even know how to work a microwave. Although I did feel sorry for Eve as she struggled, I also thought it was charming and I've been addicted to the series.

With the narration, I struggled a bit with the male narrator. He only gave Nestor an accent for some reason even though they all came from different places with different accents. England, Australia, Turkey, etc. He also came off as disjointed and robotic at times. I ended up having to up the speed to 1.5 for it to sound cohesive. It didn't hurt the female narration either so that was good.
