The ending…

I was really enjoying this book, in fact I already had the next two books lined up in my wish list. But the twist in the last 20 minutes of the book just left me completely confused and a little turned off… I decided I actually didn’t need to continue the series. But it was a way fun read and even with the twist it’s not a cliffhanger just a change to the expected storyline.

Beyond expectation

The twists are hidden so well, you couldnt predict them ever. Nice action blend of different areas than just regular magic or power of strength. Its a great story that draws you in thinking its just like every other revenge fantasy novels. Good vs Dark and good has to win. This story is a well fresh breeze compared to other fantasy novels.

Who strong, loyal and smart the MFC is.

Book one is excellent. The book starts out with a background easy to invision. The author shows how smart, strong, durrable, kind and harsh the main femal character can be depending on the situation her course of action can change. Ths is not a stand alone. Investing in book 2 is highly suggested and worth it.

Too much inter dialog. Not enough action. Didn’t finish book. It lost me with all the talking to herself.

Good So Far....BUT

This has a great storyline. The main Characters are typical male female shifter. The plot is good and so are the events. The main downfall for me is the fact that it's way to wordy. It just fills too much space, until you've forgotten where you are in the story. After this happens so much throughout the story, it comes to a point of being boring. This causes skipping to get back to the actual storyline.

Overall kept me engaged

This book really kept me engaged during my long drive… However, it’s a mind warp… You need to pay attention to the last three chapters closely and it stops on a cliffhanger… Don’t know if I’ll be getting the second book

main character

the characters spend wayyyyy too much time in their own thoughts instead of chatting to each other

My mind is still twisted

I don’t think I’ve ever heard a story that was so action packed, edge of the seat, mind blowing. I was lost a few times and then rewound to get back on track… it definitely deserved my full attention ! I’m about to listen again to make sure I didn’t miss anything ! :)

I wasn't expecting that at all ... what a ride!

This book has a very wide-ranging scope, actually, it's left me somewhat breathless. No spoilers here, but I'm absolutely sure you will not be able to guess the path, or the ending, this book will take. In all, it's a quite a ride.
