Scary

I found this meditation really scary and freaky with the sudden chimes and eerie sounds.

Pleasurable

First time I have tried this morning wake up ritual and I enjoyed it. Normally, I hit the alarm and it's Day on but I had time to go through this. Important, must have to allow yourself a few minutes to follow the sensory instructions and well worth it. Narrator could slow down a little but otherwise, great. Thx Audible!

Exactly What It Does

I personally found this meditation to be something that I have needed. Many times when I'm meditating I tend to get overly relaxed and very caught up in the breathing. Sometimes I just need to relax, focus on the breathing and be aware of my surroundings and be aware of the sounds around me. This meditation does that. I feel more focused and better able to do the things that I need to do in the mornings. This also may be a meditation that I use late afternoons when I'm feeling a little tired and not focused.

Absolutely Perfect for Morning Meditation

Whether you are a beginner or well practiced meditator this simple meditation is refreshing and positive- leaving you with a relaxed and yet invigorated since of over all well being. Beautiful sounds and voice. Well done. Highly recommend.

Love those chimes

Beautiful meditation to start the day. I particularly liked the musicality of the chimes and even wished there were a bit more of that.

Not everyone’s cup of tea.

I really enjoyed the narrator but the chimes used were pretty jarring and not relaxing for me. Some might enjoy it but I thought they were overly loud, disjointed, and not melodic.

meh

This is pretty same-old, same-old, which was disappointing for me bc I thought it was going to include some guided nature imagery or something to take my senses ELSEWHERE, rather than my very stale "here." Definitely don't like the harsh chimey sounds either.

what were y hitting

I was relaxing until close to the end when he starting hitting something with a very high pitch. I could feel myself being wondering up even tighter than I was before and a headache starting to brew.
