Kid of annoying

I’m sorry if this is pretty but I can’t take the narrator’s voice. The content is very basic but if you’re lacking common sense it may be valuable to you.

Extremely boring.. I wasn’t able to finish 😵‍💫 so many blábláblá is definitely not direct on point.. goes around and around.. I tried hard to hear 😵‍💫

worst selfhelp book ever

this author should call this a memoir because all she does is talk about herself...and the reader of this book has an annoying voice...she sounds like a valley girl from the 80's.

Great Reminder of Self Love

We all have our ups and downs, and so much if the time we are our own worst enemy. Thank you Elena, for reminding us to love ourselves and giving useful tips and exercises to do so. Health is a wholistic process and you were very well rounded with your information and positive suggestions. The ideas for journaling, recipes and daily healthy activities was excellent and very helpful. This book is good for beginners as well as those whom have been on a health and wellness journey for many years (myself being one of those). Much gratitude to you for your wisdom and vulnerability.

Narrator missed the mark

Good information but I felt the narrator missed the mark. This could have been a children’s book based on the tone used. Just reading and not connected to the content which is so important for relaying key points in an audio book.
